Most of the cases where the balance cannot be loaded are as follows.
1. If you have too many wallets and cannot load them
2. When cached data is continuously exposed
3. If there is an RPC error
4. If you have multiple USDC wallets
Solutions for steps 1 to 3
1. Close all browser tabs ( PC/Mobile )
2. After accessing the Dexlab site, go to the IDO detail page.
3. Connect your wallet.
4. Try again.
* If that doesn't work, clear all browser caches and try 1-4 again.
* It can be used in a mobile environment, but may be unstable.
If the error persists, try in a PC environment and the latest version of the mobile OS.
Solutions for steps 4
1. If you have multiple USDC wallets, move all your balances to one USDC wallet.
2. Afterwards, delete the USDC wallet that no longer has a balance. Please refer to the FAQ below on how to delete it.
* caution! Deleted wallets cannot be recovered. please! After withdrawing all tokens, proceed.
